Trabzonspor announced a loan deal with Sayed Moawad
with view of a permanent transfer. It was also revealed
that Ayman Abdelaziz's presence at the club made them
want to sign another Pharaoh.
Club board member Ibrahim Baturoglu revealed
that the club negotiated with the Egyptian international
a loan deal, and added that Trabzon also bought the
right of first option to buy the player.
He added: "Moawad will be our second Egyptian and
this will also be good for Aymans life,"
he said, implying that Ayman Abdelaziz was a factor
in the decision to sign Sayed.
"We saw this transfer as helpful for Ayman.
"As a result, he was very good in the last league
match against Rize and scored, due to the morale of
his friends transfer."
Trabzon also said that they negotiated the conditions
of the transfer, and that the manager Ersun Yanal confirmed
the move, adding that Moawad will make the transfer
as soon as the African Cup of Nations is over.
Yanal, who coached Ahmed Hassan and Abdelzaher El Saka
at Genclerbirligi said: "He'll be a very good transfer
for the club and will be helpful on the pitch."
Aside from this, the club are keen to sign top scorer in Argentina,
Denis. The Turkish FA now allows eight foreigners, although
two of them must be substitutes, and the transfer window closes
on the 6th of February.
