Ayman Abdelaziz finally signed for Trabzon, and with the same conditions as those previously agreed.

Though it was thought that he had already joined the club, he was present at Genclerbirligi's training and the transfer didn't look bright. Now, however, it has been confirmed and the contract signed.

The Egyptian put pen to paper on a two and a half year contract, and joins Trabzonspor, who are regarded one of Turkey's best teams, with high aims.

"I want to qualify for the Champions League," said Ayman after signing, though the club are not currently on track for that pre-season aim.

"I have joined a big club with a big atmosphere," he added.

Former team-mate at Genclerbirligi, Risp, may also join Ayman at Trabzon who have confirmed interest in the Swede. Trabzon have already sold Marcelinho to Bundesliga club Wolfsburg.

EgyptianPlayers.com wish Ayman the best of luck at his new side...
