Ayman Abdelaziz's Genclerbirligi continued their recent unbeaten run, getting a lucky win against Antalyaspor earlier this week.

Ayman continued to impress with Gencler

Ayman was essential in the centre of the park as Alkaralar moved up the standings into the UEFA qualificatio challenge. Last year, the club missed out on the European spots on the last day of the season, and they need points at this stage to ensure the same scenario is not repeated come the summer.

It was a dramatic winner in a frustrating match for Gencler, who as hosts, dominated possession but couldn't get chances on goal. The all important goal came in the last minute of play when Okan slotted the ball past Ahmed Hassan's former team-mate Oscar Cordoba - now at Antalya - after he was found wonderfully by Engin.

The next league match is against Besiktas, who are 2 points ahead and in 3rd place. A win for Gencler, in a match they always show extreme passion in, would put them ahead of the Eagles and in a fine league position.
