figure Ziya Dogan.

Dogan was Ayman's manager at Malatya
too...
The Turkish coach manager has coached
Ayman at Malatyaspor, before his move to Genclerbirligi
in which he took the Egyptian with him. In between his
spells at Malatya and Gencler, he was at Trabzonspor,
where he constantly offered for Ayman but no transfer
took place. When Ayman transferred to Gencler, he had
rejected moves to France and elsewhere in Turkey in
order to re-unite with Dogan, who is now back at Malatya.
Yet yesterday, Ayman announced he wasn't happy with
the manager while he was at Gencler. "We were under
pressure with our ex-manager Ziya Dogan. The whole of
the team wasn't comfortable with the mentality on the
pitch because we were under pressure from Ziya Dogan,"
he told Milliyet.
"He was shouting at us when we made a mistake.
He doesn't know about player psychology."

He continued, "Our new manager Mesut Bakkal's training
systems increase our footballing abilities. His system is
very different from that of others. We are changing our training
style day to day. We don't repeat the same training style
every day and we are learning some training systems so we
can develop our abilities.
"In addition to this, because of Mesut Bakkal's good
psychological understanding and his patience we can be very
confident and we are able to increase our utility in matches."
Ayman Abdelaziz, who was not called up for the Egyptian national
team, has played 15 games this season, making him one of the
most players that has featured for the club so far this campaign.
