Malatyaspor signed for one more year with their Egyptian
midfielder Ayman Abdelaziz.
Trabzonspor was interested ever since Ziya Dogan became
their coach. Recently two French teams joined Trabzon
in the race to transfer the Egyptian player. But Ayman
decided to stay in Malatya. He made that clear with
a one year extension of his contract.
The Egyptian has been in Malatya for 2
and a half years and the new contract shows the two
sides are happy with each other. Ayman talked pretentiously
after his signing...
Yesterday Ayman signed a new contract in the club building,
which will probably keep him in Malatya next season.
Aymans contract was expiring at the end of this
season. His new contract expires at 7 July 2006.

Ayman said to the press that he is happy in Malatya. He said:
That is why I extended my contract. I want to make Malatya
more successful with my teammates.

One of the journalists asked him why he decided
to sign a new contract when he is followed by a couple of
clubs. I signed the contract because I have faith in
the chairman and the whole board. Everything is going to be
even better, was his answer.
