The only Egyptian in Italy, Hany
Said had an exclusive interview with EP this week. Hany
Said told that he may have a possible transfer to Turkish
side, Altay. Said
said he took an offer from Aegean side Black & Whites
Altay via Genclerbirligi's strong defender Abdelzaher
El Saka.

But there was a problem about Hany Said's transfer to
Altay club. Because Altay is a first division club and
Turkish FA doesn't allow foreigner purchases to clubs
which are out of the Super League. Altay could sign
with Egyptian Said for a fee if they could win the Second
league in the first
three places and won promotion to Super League. But
Altay finished the division in tenth place. This was
the main barrier in Hany Said's possible transfer.
Altay has to take special permission from the FA or
the rules must change for this transfer and this seems
impossible.
EP try to solve the questions about this tied move
and present the confusions of the Egyptian defender
in Italy.
EgypianPlayers.com had news about Disuki and Ramadan's
new boss Reha Kapsal three days before. Kapsal was a
successful manager who is young and who is using advanced
methods in his training sessions. Kapsal is one of the
young spirits in Turkish soccer who promoted two teams
to the Super League in three years, B.B.Ankaraspor and
Altay!
Reha Kapsal was an old Altay manager. He promoted Altay
to the Super league. Then he left Altay and Altay were
relegated back one year later. Kapsal signed with B.B.Ankaraspor
in the middle of the past season and won the title with
65 points and deserved to play in Super League. This
success
alerted the attention of Super League clubs who need
a new manager. Finally, Reha Kapsal negotiated with
Ankaragucu as the new boss of Ramadan and Disuki.
If we are sure that Altay can't sign with a foreigner
including Hany Said, the Egyptian is spying with Kapsal's
staff. We don't know if Hany Said knows the rule that
cancels his possible move to Altay or not. Hany Said
may hide his club name which he negotiated (Kapsal's
ex-team B.B.Ankara or
Ankaragucu) or he doesn't know the manager who wanted
him signed with Ankaragucu.
Hany Said told EP, he had contact with Abdelzaher El
Saka and took a serious offer from Altay. EP solved
the tied transfer and can say from now; if he'll have
a transfer in the near future to Turkey, it'll be to
Ankara based clubs, Ankaragucu or Buyuksehir Belediye
Ankaraspor, who have good contact with El Saka.
