The latest reports indicate that Hany Said has signed for the Italian outfit Catania. The Egyptian has been in Serie B with Fiorentina, but has now moved to Catania of the same division. It is reported that he signed for top division club Perugia, as EP previously reported, but was immediately loaned out to Catania.

Catania are currently 9th in the Serie B table, a number of positions ahead of Fiorentina. Hany Said signed for them on what is said to be a loan basis, despite transferring to Perugia as part of a deal in which Fiorentina bought Vyrsas. (Read EP's previous report on Hany).
