Hany Said's Fiorentina are continuing
their Serie B campaign without him, and their last match
was a draw against his former club Bari. Hany is still
injured, and was therefore not able to see action against
his old team.

Hany was not present in the eighteen man
squad. Early in the game, Viola's star player Rigano
hit the woodwork. After this, Bari were the better side
but couldn't score. They forced some good saves from
the goalkeeper Cejas. Viola were effective on the counter
attack. With two minutes of stoppage time gone, their
midfielder, Ariatti, struck the post with a well placed
shot.
So with this draw Fiorentina lie in the middle of the
table. They are now eleventh, and need some special
performances and more goals to get into the promotion
battles. Their next game is against Como, who were recently
a Serie A side, but are now near the bottom of the Serie
B table. This should be a three point game for the Viola.
EP hopes that Hany recovers from his knee injury in
time for the next game...
