Hany Said's Fiorentina won at home to
Piacenza by two goals to one. Said didn't start but
came on in the second half. Fiorentina won mainly with
the help of the experienced Di Livio and striker Riganò.

The Fiorentina manager decided to start
without Hany Said. In the first half, after twenty-two
minutes, Fiorentina conceded a goal via Patrascu. After
strong play from Fiorentina they managed to get back
into the game, when Riganò equalised for Viola.
Graffiedi played a part in the goal that came in the
last five minutes of the half.
The first half ended 1-1, but Hany Said was put on
after twelve minutes of the second. Minutes later, Piacenza
were left with ten men after a sending off. Said was
involved straight away in the midfield, and worked well
with Manfredini in the centre of the park. Despite,
this, Said made a mistake in which he gave the ball
away, he was lucky that Ariatti was there to intercept.
With nine minutes left, Fiorentina were saved as Di
Livio found Riganò who finished for Viola. They
got the three points in the game!
