Said made his debut last night with his new side Fiorentina
in the Italian Serie B against Triestina. Fiorentina
took the lead by a single goal in the first half but
the guests managed to end the game in a 1-1 tie as they
scored the equalizer in the 76th minute of the game.

Details:
In the serie B day one, Fiorentina managed
to get their first point and our young Egyptian played
the whole game and even deserved some praise for his
gutsy performance throughout the game despite a single
mistake.
The game was against Triestina and with the opponents
coach Mr. Attilio Tesser commenting on the young Egyptian
just hours before the game Fiorentina managed
to get some of the best young players, they are a homogenous
group, but have done well in the mix with players like
Hany Said who I see as perfect buy and he knows my team
very well", all eyes were on the young lad making
his official Artemio FranchiFiorentina home ground
debut, and he did just fine and opened an account in
the fans heart with his solid mastering of the Middlefield
and with his very obvious understanding with team captain
and veteran Angelo di Livio .
After the game Said was asked for many media interviews
about his performance and about his comments on the
conceded goal, he said:
"It was a good first game specially for me, but
disappointing for the fans getting just one point","
I saw the ball coming at me and I misjudged it so it
passed over my head and that helped their offense to
capitalize from it".
The Florence squad was as follows:
Cejas, Bacis, Cherubini (46' Ariatti), Ripa, Lucarelli,
Said, Di Livio ( 80' Andreotti), Helguera, Manfredini,
Graffiedi ( 66'Cossato), Riganò. subs: Ivan,
