Egyptian veteran defender Hany Ramzy will join the
bottom side of Bundesliga 2 FC Saarbrucken together
with other three players on trial.

Ramzy didn't retire from professional football
It seems that Hany Ramzy still wants to
play professional football as the bottom club of Bundesliga
two announced today that four trialists including Ramzy
will arrive today (monday).
Ramzy, who was sidelined for around two
seasons because of long term knee injury, was released
by FC Kaiserslautern in June. The veteran defender wanted
to join his old club Al-Ahly before announcing his retirement
but the current coach Manuel Jose refused to welcome
the player back to the team.
In addition to this, Ramzy was expected
to join Al-Wehda club in UAE a few months ago, but it
appears that the deal fell through for some reason.
The Egyptian is now looking for a new
club to continue his career at, and it appears that
FC Saarbrucken is the possible future move.

It should be noted that Hany Ramzy will join the club on trial
together with Daouda Kante from Mali, Bursaspor Serbian player
Nenad Grozdic, and the Croatian Pirija.
FC Saarbrucken are currently rock bottom in
the Bundesliga Two table after collecting only one point from
seven games.
It is also worth noting that Rami Shaaban also
trialled at the same German club last year but he didn't sign
a contract.
