Egyptian veteran defender Hany Ramzy played a full game yesterday for his team, Kaiserslautern which faced VFB Stuttgart at home.

Hany Ramzy returned back to action yesterday after the winter break and played a full game against VFB Stuttgart.

The Red devils conceded a goal in the 29th minute though Kurany who scored from inside the area to give the guests the lead after an even start from both sides.

After the goal, Kaiserslautern pushed harder to level the game. In the 34th minute, their star striker Lokvenc succeeded in scoring the equalizer from close range after a freekick for Mario Basler.

In the 2nd half, particularly in the 70th minute, the veteran Bulgarian midfielder Balakov scored the winner for Stuttgart.

This defeat is definitely a bad start for the Red Devils after the winter break as the club needs every point to battle against relegation.
