Egyptian veteran defender Hany Ramzy resumed training yesterday for the first time and he is expected to return back in action soon. The Egyptian was out of action since 3-9-2002 with suspected Tuberculosis.

Ramzy will follow a special training regime in the next weeks and he may play regularly again before the Christmas break.

"It is my goal playing before Christmas" said the 33-year old Egyptian.

The return of the experienced Egyptian central defender will surely help the struggling FC Kaiserslautern who are close to the bottom of Bundesliga table. In fact, Ramzy's coach Eric Gerets declared few weeks ago that the Egyptian is really missed in the Red Devil's defense.
