Egyptian star Ahmed Hassan may lose his position in
the starting elven of Anderlecht in the UEFA cup clash
with Spurs. The recent form of the Egyptian has been
criticized by the new manager Ariel Jacobs.
Hassan's Anderlecht will face Tottenham
Hotspur in the UEFA cup on Thursday. However, Ahmed
Hassan might not start the game according some Belgian
sources.
The reason behind this is the recent form
of the Egyptian especially in last weekend's home draw
with Standard Liege.
The new manager Ariel Jacobs who followed
Frank Verkauteren made some new changes to the team
selection and unconfirmed news suggest that Hassan could
be relegated to the bench in the next game till hhe
regains his form.
If Hassan won't start versus Tottenham, the Turkish striker
Serhat is expected to start alongside the Argentinean striker
Frutos.
