Egyptian star Ahmed Hassan scored twice for Anderlecht in their home clash with Zulte-Waregem. Hassan's First goal came in the first half from a superb scissors kick while his second came in the 2nd half from a penalty kick after a foul on Mpenza. Unfortunately for the homeside, Zulte-Waregem managed to come back to hold the Mauves to a 2-2 draw.

Hassan played his best game in Anderlecht shirt this season against Zulte-Waregem to prove that fasting won't affect his performances.

Egyptian star Hassan was everywhere on the pitch and played the full match. He scored from a great bicycle kick and also from the spot. The Egyptian also added a 3rd goal but it was ruled out for offside.

The game started with pressure from Anderlecht and Hassan shone with his killer passes. He created a real chance to Mbarek Boussouffa but the latter missed from close range.

Anderlecht continued to squander the chance after the other till the 42nd minute when they wn a freekick which was delivered high into the box to find Van Damme who flicked it on with his head to find Hassan in a good position in front of goal, the Egyptian connected with a riskt scissors kick and his shot went into the bottom corner leaving the goalkeeper with no chance at all.

Early on in the 2nd half, Boussouffa wasted an easy chance from a one on one situation with the goalkeeper. However, The Mauves managed to win a penalty kick minutes later after a foul on Mpenza. Hassan scored from the spot confidently to make the score 2-0.

A few minutes later, Boussouffa sent a low cross to find Hassan who managed to slide the ball home but the Egyptian was in offside position and his 3rd goal was disallowed.
