EXCLUSIVE: Besiktas' Egyptian player Ahmed Hassan had a good performance against Denizli and finished the game with one assist and one goal. He is one of the popular names for the supporters in the current days. EP called the shining player to take his special comments about the latest at Besiktas and with regards to the national team.

EP: Salam Ahmed Hassan, we are glad to hear you again. How are you?

Ahmed Hassan: "Thanks to God, I'm very good. Thank you very much."

EP: You scored a superb goal last night.

Ahmed Hassan: "Yes, I know it was very good. Thank you."

EP: What do you think about the new signings of Besiktas?

Ahmed Hassan: "All of them are quality players. I don't think that Besiktas will have any problems."

EP: Kleberson and Ailton?

Ahmed Hassan: "Our new foreign players... They are well known and big players. Kleberson is a Brazil international and came from Manchester United. He is a good midfielder. Ailton also won the top-scorer title in Germany. He played for good clubs such as Werder Bremen and Schalke 04. They'll be better with time."

EP: Can you compare Ailton with Carew? Which one do you prefer?

Ahmed Hassan: "Oh, both of them are quality strikers. They have different specialities. Carew was a good player for Besiktas but Ailton is very good. He is more experienced. Ailton is a good scorer. His experience will help the team."

Hassan to Shehata: "I have no injury problems and I'm on form!"

EP: Ahmed, what do you think about the national team match versus Portugal? The coach didn't call you for the national squad...

Ahmed Hassan: "I don't know really. I have not got any injury problems. I'm on form. But it is not about football. This is strange but maybe the coach has a problem with me."

EP: Ok. Let's return to your career. Your contract will finish this year...

Ahmed Hassan: "Yes. This year will be my last year of contact."

EP: What will you do? A new transfer?

Ahmed Hassan: "I don't know, seriously. I have not planned completely but I may return to Egypt. I think of playing in my homeland after my Besiktas career."

EP: For which team? You'll not stay if Besiktas want one more year?

Ahmed Hassan: "It is not clear now. I'll await the time. I haven't decided yet about next year. But if I return to Egypt, it'll be for Zamalek or Ahly."

EP: Riza Calimbay talked with you about your place on the pitch?

Ahmed Hassan: "I'll play behind the two strikers. That is my real position. I played there for two games and this is good."
