Zidan scored the first goal for Dortmund iun their
away DFB Pokal clash with Karlsruhe in the German cup
(DFB Pokal). Zidan scored his goal in the 3rd minute
to give Dortmund the lead while Barrios added the 2nd
and 3rd in the 23rd and 51st minutes respectively to

Mohamed Zidan scored his second DFB Pokal
goal and 3rd goal for Dortmund this season as his side
advanced in cup after a 0-3 away win against Karlsruhe.
Zidan's goal came in the 3rd minute. He
received a clever through pass and managed to free himself
from the last man before rounding the goalkeeper and
buring the ball gently home.
In the 21st minute, the Argentine Barrios
scored the 2nd goal for Dortmund to give them a 0-2
lead.
Barrios scored another goal for Dortmund in the 2nd half to
end the match in a 0-3 away win which sends Dortmund to the
next round.
Despite the victory, Dortmund defense and their
goalkeeper Veidenfeller are in poor form this season which
accounts for their poor results. Next weekend they will play
against Schalke in a touch encounter. With such poor form
of defense and goalkeeper, their chances to win will be slim.
