Mohamed Zidan scored from the penalty spot for Udinese in the Blitz Cup. The tournament featured three teams, Dortmund, Valencia and Udinese. All the matches were played today as each side faced the other in a match of one half.

Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan scored his second preseason goal for Dortmund. His goal came from a penalty kick in Dortmund's 2nd match in the Blitz club as BVB celebrated their anniversary.

The one-day tournament featured three teams. Valencia from Spain, Dortmund from Germany and Udinese from Italy. All the three teams played a one-half match against each other.

Valencia won the Blitz cup as they defeated Dortmund after a penalty-shootout. The original time in the 45 minutes ended in a 1-1 draw but penalties decided the winner as it ended in a 7-6 win for Valencia.

Zidan played well in the 45 minutes against Udinese but he wasn't involved in the Valencia 45 minutes. He created a chance to Kuba early on and had a chance to score after finding himself in the clear behind defense. However, the Egyptian slipped onto the ground and the chance went begging.
