Three
European Offers Hinder Zidan's Move To Ittehad

Reports claim that HSV are currently
considering three offers for Zidan in addition to Ittehad
offer. The clubs are Real Betis, Fulham and Jurgen Klopp's
Dortmund. On the other hand, Ittehad's coach Calderon
revealed that he is not in need of Zidan as he plays
the same role as the team captain, Mohamed Nour.
Zidan's move to Ittehad will possibly
fall through. The reasons are not related to Zidan's
interest so far. However, Ittehad's coach Calderon doesn't
feel an urgent need for the Egyptian in the squad due
to the presence of Mohamed Nour. He also believes that
the club should switch interest to Algerian player Rafik
Ben Jaboor instead.
In addition to the above mentioned reason,
HSV are reported to delay their response to Ittehad
after three other clubs showed interest in the player.
Reports claim that Real Betis of Spain
made an offer. In addition to this, Borussia Dortmund
are said to show interest in Zidan as well. Also, Fulham
offered more than what Ittehad offered but Zidan didn't
show interest in their offer.
The situation now will likely change, as Ittehad's coach doesn't
need Zidan and this would lead to the worst possible scenario
which is Zidan's move to Ittehad but his inability to play
due to the presence of popular Mohamed Nour.
This might drive Zidan's away from Ittehad and
will hopefully let him reconsider Fulham offer or simply the
other two offers.
