Zidan back to action with HSV
Hamburg achieved an easy win against Bochum
by three goals to nil. The game was one-sided and Bochum
couldn't cause enough danger to threaten HSV. On the
other hand, the home side were more effective on goal
and used their chances well.
HSV took the lead late on in the first
half through Olic. The goal started with a fine through
pass by Guerrero to Trochoveski who laid it directly
with his left to OLic in front of goal and the latter
made no mistake and scored.
In the 64th minute, Benjamin fired a low
shot from way out, the goalkeeper of Bochum could only
parry it and the ball fell to Jarolim who sent it home
with his right to double HSV's lead.
In the 71st minute, Olic made an excellent
run from the left wing and crossed low in front of goal
to find Jarolim who sent the ball low to the left of
the goalkeeper and made the score 3-0.
In the 74th minute, Stevens started to
rest his key players and so he brought Zidan on at the
expense of Olic and also replaced Jarolim and Trochoveski
with two youngsters.

In the final minutes of the game, HSV tried to hold on the
ball and use counter attacks while Bochum pushed men forward
in a desperate try to score.
Zidan did well in the few minutes that he played,
his passing was good and didn't give the ball away cheaply.
However, it can be seen that he is not getting the ball often
and his teammates either get the ball and go on goal by themselves
or pass the ball across the field to other teammates.
Surely, a player of Zidan's skills and caliber
deserves more playing time but he will unlikely have such
time with Hamburg. It may be the time to think of moving on
to another league that can appreciate talent more than physical
play but its Zidan's decision in the end.
