Mohamed Zidan returned back to Germany after spending a three weeks vacation in Egypt. The Egyptian visited his old club Mainz and attended their first training instead of goining to Hamburg.

Zidan says farewell to Jurgen Klopp

It was a nice gesture from Zizou to remember Mainz and visit them directly after his arrival in Germany. The Egyptian ace attended their training and was warly welcomed by the fans, the players and his coach Jurgen Klopp.

"Mainz will always be in my heart; I love you all." said Zizou to the 8000 fans who attended the first training and cheered for him.

After his visit to Mainz, Zidan travelled to Hamburg to join his club yesterday. The Egyptian is expected to start light training in order to regain his fitness gradually after the surgery that he underwent a month a go.
