Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan will put pen on paper
tomorrow (Sunday) as he will sign a four year contract
with Hamburg.
The club board officially approved the transfer and
the Egyptian is now officially an HSV player.
Zidan underwent a successful Hernia operation a couple
of days ago but it won't prevent him from travelling
to Hamburg to sign the contract.
Zidain left Mainz to join HSV for a fee around 5-6
Million EUROs and as it was announced earlier, the Egyptian
will be contracted for four years.
The is an optimism over Zizou's transfer to HSV from
the club board and fans who appear to have high expectations
from Zidan and believe he can help the club lift a trophy
next season or qualify for the Champions League.
It should be noted that HSV finished 7th in the table after
a disappointing season. They didn't achieve European qualification
directly but they still have a chance to qualify for UEFA
cup threough the Inter-Toto cup.
It is also worth mentioning that Zidan will likely play
alongside Guererro in attack in a 4-4-2 formation or play
as a lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
EP congratulate Zidan for his move and will bring more
exclusive updates from him over his transfer..
