Egyptian
striker Mohamed Zidan will miss next weekend's Bundesliga
opener because of the ankle injury that he suffered
in the Liga Pokal semifinal versus Hamburg. As well
as this, the Egyptian will not feature in Egypt's friendly
vs Uruguay for the same reason. Read also:
Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan will not
be available for next Sunday's Bundesliga opening match
between Werder Bremen and Hannover because of injury.
Zidan also informed National team staff
about his injury and so, the Egyptian will not lplay
Egypt's international friendly versus Uruguay.
It should be noted that Hassan Shehata
called five professionals abroad including Zizou to
play the friendly but with Zidan being injured, the
players abroad will be only four (Sherif Ekramy, Amir
Azmy, Ahmed Hassan and Abo Mosallam).
It is also worth noting that Zidan will join the Egyptian
national team camp despite his inury to clear any doubts about
his injury. He also confirmed that he will send his injury
report to the national team boss Hassan Shehata.
