Werder Bremen lost their first preseason friendly by three goals to one on Wednesday. Werder faced F Kaiserslautern in their last preparation game in the camp in Austria. Zdan played a good game and was involved in the making of Werder's only goal.

Werder Bremen continued their preseason preparations and faced FCK in a friendly match. The game was the last for Zidan's side in their trip to Austria where they faced Ankaragucu and Olympiakos before.

Zidan participated in last night's match and showed good performance, he had no clear attempts on goal but he created chances to his teammates.

Zidan was involved in the making of the only goal for Werder when he used his dribbling skills to evade a defender and laid the ball to Fritz who found Andreasen in the area and the latter powered the ball home.
