Zizou scored for Mainz against Werder Bremen after just 14 seconds. The goal actually came in his home stadium, as he is contracted with the Bremen outfit.

The Werder manager Thomas Schaaf said in the post-game press conference that he is constantly in contact with the loaned striker and hopes that Zidan's form can keep increasing.

Schaaf added that Zidan's increase in good form is an indication that he will be back with Werder Bremen next season, and it is proof that his loan move to Mainz has been useful for the player, whom he describes as having a great future.
