Despite his disciplinary problems at Zamalek
this season it appears that Wigan will offer Amr Zaki
an escape route. According to Ahmed Shobairs popular
TV show, a fax was received at 2:15 pm on Wednesday
confirming Wigans serious interest in the target
man.
After an unsuccessful European experience with Lokomotiv
Moscow and his problems with the Zamalek board it would
appear that he would be keen to move to the English
Premier League.
While it is still unclear the exact amount of the bid
sources in Egypt suggest that Zamalek would not stand
in the his way should he wish to leave.
Steve Bruce, the new manager of Wigan, is believed to
be also pursuing Hossam Ghaly as previously reported
by EP.
