News has just come in that Rami Shaaban has accepted
to visit French club Saint. Etienne, who have shown
serious interest in the goalkeeper. Meanwhile, he also
received offers from Italy and England which he may
consider.
It was confirmed to Sportsbladet that
Shaaban has offers from Serie A and the Premier League,
but he prefers to be a certain starter than to have
a chance of sitting on the bench. For this reason, it
seems he has opted for the French outfit's trial.
His agent Stromberg stated, "We have discussed
figures and Rami will now train with them [St. Etienne]
for a couple of days."
He added, "He wants to see what kind of club it
is before he decides."
