EXCLUSIVE:
Ahmed Fathy of Ismaily trialled at Arsenal
not so long ago. The Egyptian youngster trained with
England's number one team for a number of sessions.
EP got Rami Shaaban's comments regarding him.
"Yes I met Ahmed Fathy," said
Rami Shaaban, in reply to a question from EgyptianPlayers.com
"I had two sessions with him, and I don't think
he made a bad impression on the boss," he added.
He continued, "I don't know what's next for him."
Rami Shaaban also suggested that he got along with
Fathy and assisted him during his stay. "He was
very nice, and we had lunch together every day after
training."
Meanwhile, Arsenal FC refused to comment on the player's
trial to EP.
It may be a summer to remember for Fathy, and EP hopes
that he will make his dream move...
