Shaaban now became a member of Norwegian football team, Fredrikstad
Fotballklubb (FFK), a club that was the league champions (9
times) and the cup champions (10 times).
However, the current situation of FFK is far
from their great history as the club won promotion to the
premier division in 2004 after 20 years of long absence. In
both years 2004 and 2005, FFK just avoided relegation from
the Norwegian premier league.
Despite this, the club supporters are hoping
that Rami Shaaban can help the side to get back to their glory
days in the near future.
