Rami Shaaban conceded four goals in Brighton's championship
clash with the leaders Wigan. The away side managed
to score four times in the first 34 minutes of the game
which made the job difficult for Shaaban and his teammates
to come back into the game. They only managed to score
twice via Adam Virgo and Sean Hammond.

Shaaban's side found themselves behind
by a goal just two minutes after the kick off, and just
two minutes later, Wigan Athletic managed to double
the lead from a close range effort.
After the second goal, Rami did well to
stop an effort by McCulloch but the opponents were too
good to be stopped as they added the third goal in the
17th minute from a low shot.
In the 34th minute, Wigan added the fourth
goal through a well placed header from close range and
the job looked almost impossible for Rami and his teammates.
Despite being 4-0 behind, Albion managed
to score before half time to end the first half in a
4-1 score and they added their second goal with eight
minutes remaining on the clock.
