Kayserispor's new signing Mohamed Shawky will be out of action for four weeks after he suffered a groin strain during training.

Vice chairman Saban Miraboglu talked to press today saying: “We are unlucky now. We lost Shawky for injury, he was very good against Genclerbirligi. He would have adapted more to the club if he stayed injury-free but the injury came. I hope a quick return for him but he may be out for four weeks".

It should be noted that Shawky is not the only injured player at Kayseri as three other key players are out of action due to various injuries as well. The players are Toledo, Yusuf and Mehmet Eren.

It is also worth mentioning that the Cameroon international goalkeeper Hamidou returned to Kayseri from Angola following his team defeat against Egypt in Angola 2010 quarter finals.

EP wish Shawky a quick return to the green field...
