Galatasaray no longer interested in Egyptian
striker Mido. The 27 year old hitman was a target for
the club for a while but interest in him faded recently
as they signed Manchester City's striker Jo.
Frank Rijkaard wanted to strengthen his
squad with some quality signings in January. He had
Mido, Jo, Van Nestelrooy and Benjani in his shortlist.
Now, After signing striker Jo and defender Lucas Neil
from Everton. It seems that Galatasaray will not sign
any more players this month and so, Mido will have to
look elsewhere.
It should be reported that French side
Bordeaux showed interest in Mido according to some sources.
