forgotten man Mohamed Shawky. The player agent Nader
Shawqi claimed that Boro accepted an offer for th Egyptian
midfielder. Nader Shawqi also claimed that the Turkish
club is one of the top five in the Turkish Super league.
Speaking to GoalFM radio, players agent
Nader Shawqi claimed that Middlesbrough accepted an
offer for Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Shawky.
"Mohamed Shawky will travel within
a couple of weeks to Turkey to negotiate terms with
one of the top five Turkish clubs". Said the player's
agent.
Speaking on Amr Zaki, Shawqi confirmed
the interest of some Premiership clubs in the striker.
However, he stressed that the interest didn't materialize
to offers yet.
"There is interest in Zaki from Premiership
clubs, but we are waiting for official offers".
On the other side, Shawqi claimed that
Mido rejected a Premiership offer and preferred to help
his struggling club Zamalek. Despite this, Shawqi stressed
that Mido's return to the Premiership next season is
guaranteed.
"Mido's return to the Premier league is almost
guaranteed. He possesses all the attributes needed for
a Premiership player".
It should be noted that Nader Shawqi is
the agent of both Emad Meteb and Ahmed Al-Muhammadi.
The two Egyptian internationals will feature in the
upcoming Cup of Nations and according to Shawqi, the
tournament will be a perfect chance for them to catch
interest from European clubs.
"Meteb and Muhammadi will have a
good chance to get offers depending on how well they
perform in the Cup of Nations".
