Will Mido return to French league?

Reports suggest that Eric Gerets is considering a move for former Marseille striker Ahmed Hossam 'Mido'.

The Egyptian already has interest from Wigan and English sources say that he is thinking of a move away from Middlesbrough. Marseille, who played in the Champions League this season, could lure the striker back.

Mido played for Marseille in the 2003-2004 campaign and had a mixed season.
