EP can reveal that Mohamed
Al-Fayed club Fulham are currently in talks with Spurs
officials and Mido's agent about a possible move for
the Egyptian hitman Mido.
Egyptian striker Mido is currently considering
his options. He is going to join another Premiership
club in order to get more first team football.
Manchester City almost signed the Egyptian
in January but it is unknown if they will launch a bid
for the player this summer or not.
Instead, Mido received interest from the
recently promoted side, Birmingham City. As well as
this, Fulham emerged as a potential target for the Egyptian
in the past few days.
Sources in England revealed that talks
between Spurs and Fulham officials started recently
in order to transfer Mido to Al-Fayed's side.
If the deal go through, Mido will be a
first team regular at Fulham. The move suits the Egyptian
target man as the playing style of Fulham depends on
long ball style.
Mido shone with Spurs in his first season when they
relied on long ball and moving to a club that plays
the same style means that the Egyptian can do very well
with Fulham too.
