The newly promoted side
Birmingham City are keen on signing Mido to strenghten
their frontline for the new season. Reports suggest
that they are ready to spend 4 Million pounds on the
transfer.
Birmingham City returned back to Premiership
after finishing 2nd in the Championship table last season.
They want to sign experienced forward as their current
frontline lacks experience in the Premiership.
The club offered Mark Viduka 60.000 pounds
a week but this lucrative offer didn't convince the
forward to sign for them.
Reports suggest that Egyptian striker
Mido is their premier target at the moment and the club
is ready to spend 4 million pounds to land the Egyptian
hitman.
Mido announced that he is on his way out
Tottenham as he needs to play first team football. The
Egyptian was on verge of signing for Man City in January
but the deal was cancelled just a few hours from the
deadline of the transfer window.
Hossam refused to reveal the names of clubs interested
in his services in all of his recent interviews. However,
he stressed that he will likely stay in England.
Now, Birmingham City is a possible option
while Manchester City could renew their talks with Spurs
to sign the Egyptian as well. However, nothing can be
confirmed yet.
More on Mido and his new move soon..
