Chris Hughton is pleased with the performances of the clubs' strikers and in an interview with Skysports.com he highlighted Mido's recent form as being particularly worthy of merit.

"It is something we strive to have, that type of competition throughout the squad but certainly in the forward areas," Hughton said.

"Mido is very tough to deal with and that's why we brought him back. He is one of the group of our strikers that realise they can't play every game.

"He has perhaps given us something different again. The one thing we are grateful for is that we have four strikers who are all different types of players."

This comes ahead of Tottenham's visit to Watford tomorrow and it's yet to be seen whether Mido will hold down his place in the team or if Martin Jol will continue rotating his strikers.
