Ghaly Leads Al-Nasr To Cup Quarter Finals

Hossam Ghaly provided an assist and scored from the spot as well to lead his side Al-Nasr to the quarter final round of the KSA cup. Ghaly assisted in the 35th minute as he sent a superb through pass to Ailton who facced the keeper and scored. He also scored from a penalty kick in the 88th minute to end the game in a 2-0 win against Al-Faihaa

    Egyptian midfielder Hossam Ghaly is gradually getting back to picture. He managed to assist the first goal for his new side Al-Nasr and scored from the spot a couple of minutes before the final whistle to lead his side to a 2-0 win in the last 16 round of Saudi cup.

    Ghaly looked in a better shape in this game than his earlier matches. His assist revealed his vision and skills as he passed the ball through the defender's legs to reach the Brasilian Ailton who rounded the goalkeeper and scored.


    Ghaly also missed a close chance in the final minutes when he sent the ball just wide from the box with his left. However, he managed to score in the 88th minute from a penalty kick. He sent the ball into the top corner elegantly leaving the keeper with no chance.
