Date: 5-4-2008

Hossam Ghaly might return to Feyenoord next season after the relegation of Derby. The Egyptian is not wanted by Spurs but the Rams are willing to offer him a permanent deal. However, Ghaly might prefer to return to Holland to play for his former club alongside Sherif Ekramy.

  • Following the relegation of Derby County to the Championship, Hossam Ghaly's future is still unclear. The Egyptian will unlikely return to Tottenham.

Ghaly was offered a permanent deal at Derby County by the coach Paul Jewel who is impressed by the Egyptian.

However, moving from Premiership to Championship is surely not the best option for Ghaly. Because of this, Ghaly might return to Holland where he started his European career.

The Egyptian has been quoted saying that he has offers from clubs in Holland but he didn't name any. However, the dailymail revealed that Feyenoord are willing to welcome Ghaly back and so, Pual Jewel's plans to bring the Egyptian on a permanent basis will unlikely succeed.
