Hossam Ghaly returned to the starting-11
of Derby County in their away match against Chelsea.
He played for 53' minutes and was replaced by the striker
Earnshaw.
At Stamford Bridge, Chelsea looked determined to bounce
back from defeat against Barnsley in the FA cup, and
they couldn't ask for an easier game.
The big result of the game wasn't surprising,
because The rock-bottom Derby were hopeless against
Chelsea.
Robbie Savage was back and Ghaly also started to be
part of five men in midfield while Derby's Kenny Miller
played up front on his own.
On the other side, Didier Drogba was left out again,
he was on the bench together with Andrei Shevchenko
while Chelsea started with Anekla, Kalou, Joe Cole and
Lampard. Carlo Cudicini played in goal with Cech injured.
Derby's new goalkeeper Carrol got bombarded by the
contineous attacks from Chelsea, After only 6 minutes,
he made a stunning save and denied Cole from scoring
the opening goal for the home-side but the Chelsea man
was offside anyway.

After 17 minutes, Derby received an early blow as they have
been forced into a change - The centre back Stubbs fell awkwardly
after shielding the ball from Anelka and had to be replaced
by Leacock.
The unlucky sub Leacock triped up Lampard in the box at the
28' minute, and Chelsea were awarded Penalty kick to open
the scoring through Lampard , who also scored three more goals
on the 57, 66, 72 minutes respectively.
The rest of Goals came through Kalou and Cole in the 42' &
62nd minutes respectively.
Ghaly tried his best with his weak side to survive vs Chelsea
but they kept scoring a goal after another, Ghaly made some
good passes and didn't keep the ball for long, He also put
Lampard under pressure by a sliding challenge to make the
latter's shot sky over after a typical run into the box.
Ghaly had to be replaced by a striker as Derby had to increase
their attacking options in a hope they can reduce the deficit
but the change didn't help.
Derby managed to score their only Goal at the 73' minute
when Jones made a good follow after the ball bounced off the
post and he buried it home to make the final score 6-1.
