Egyptian midfielder Hossam Ghaly will need a minimum
of six weeks to recover from his groin injury which
prevented him from featuring in Feyenoord's games for
over a month.
Feyenoord officials had hoped that Hossam
Ghaly's groin problems would end in the winter break,
but it seems that the groin injury will take around
a month and a half and Ghaly will have to be rested
during that period. Ghaly's injury came as a result
of the high work load and it already cost him missing
some important matches for Feyenoord.
It should be noted that Ghaly and his
Tunisian teammate at Feyenoord, Karim Saidi will miss
the ACN which will kick off on Friday. Saii will also
miss the tournament because of a pulled hamstring injury.
EP wishes Ghaly a speedy recovery and to get back to the green
pitch as soon as possible..
