Turkish club Konyaspor responded to Abdelzaher El Saka's remarks to EgyptianPlayers.com, indicating that they have him in their long-term plans.

"I have a possible transfer in the middle of the season," El Saka had exclusively told EP on the 1st of November, stating that Vestel Manisa are after him.

After this transfer news on El Saka, Konyaspor's board singled out a message to the press.

"We don't want to release El Saka," reads the club statement.

"His contract is still going. He always says to us 'I am very happy to be at the club,'" it continues.

"We won't sell him because our aims are very high."
