Amir Azmy and Shikabala's PAOK won their first three
points this season as they managed to defeat Egaleo
2-0. Both Egyptians were in the starting eleven.

PAOK finally found victories in the Greek
Championship as they achieved a comfortable 2-0 home
victory over Egaleo this weekend. Amir and Shikabala
played together from the start. Amir played in the center
of defense as usual and was taken off in the 77th minute
for Hasiotis while Shikabala saw 90 minutes of action
for the first time in the current season.
Two early goals in the 12th and 20th minutes
ensured victory for PAOK as Egaleo couldn't come back
into the game.

It should be noted that PAOK lost their first match in the league,
drew at home in the second and drew in the third match as well.
The third match was against Irakis and was played under wet
conditions which affected game play. Amir and Shikabala participated
in the game from the start but Shikabala was replaced in the
2nd half.
It is also worth mentioning that PAOK's manager
resigned after the poor start this season especially after
the home draw in UEFA cup against the Ukrainian side Metalurh.
Now, PAOK started to get back on form after
their first win. However, their away mission in Ukraine will
not be easy as they face Metalurh on Thursday.
